What I've learned in Science this Term

- This term me and my class have been learning about...
Image result for layers of the earth
  • Layers of the Earth
  • Convection Current
  • Volcano + Eruption
  • Tsunami's
  • Tectonic Plate
  • and Bunsen Burner
- 5 things I've learned about "Layers of the Earth" is that there are 4 Layers all together called the Crust, Mantel, Outer Core, Inner Core. The Mantel is the thickest Layer and the Crust is the thinnest Layers. The Outer Core is mostly liquid and the Inner Core is mostly made of Iron.

Image result for convection currents- Did you know: The middle of the mantle "flows"  because of Convection Current are caused by the very hot material at the deepest part of the mantel rising, then cooling and sinking again repeating the cycle over and over again

Image result for how tsunamis occur

-I also learned about How Tsunami's are formed which are caused by four stages Initiation, Split, Amplification, Run up.

Image result for volcano parts

- Another thing I learned in Science is Volcano. There are 7 parts of the volcano the Initiation, Split, Amplification, Run up.
