Title	Why People Need to Drink Water
Introduction	Hello my name is Leilani and today I will be explaining to you about why people need to drink water everyday and the power about it. Water we drink helps us in many ways here are some 3 ways that water help us everyday.
Information 1st element	One way water can help you is, if you drink water it will help your body if it is hydrated after you have exercise or have had a tiring day at work or even school.
Information 2nd element	Another way water can help you is if you suffer from regular headache or just a sore head from last night with all that drinking and stuff. Just drinking water will make the pain go away but don’t drink water on an empty stomach.
Information 3rd element	And a finally way water can help you is, drinking water will make you stronger water helps maintain your muscles but if you dehydrated your muscles are not working at 100%.
Conclusion	We all humans drink water everyday and it is good for our mind and body and makes us health. I have now explain why people need to drink water

Title	How to have a fun weekend
Introduction	Having fun is easy but you never know what to. Still thinking? Then I’m here to give you 3 ways on how to have fun.
Information 1st element	One thing you could do for fun is. Hang out with your friends at the movies or just going to the beach and have a swim . And going for a swim will just be like doing an exercise but for fun and going to the movies would be relaxing and taking a break from all that hard work.
Information 2nd element	Another thing you could do is head out to the theme park with your loved ones and spend some quality family time with each other. Heading out to the theme park would be a great idea Why? Because the theme park is filled with lots and lots of great rides and is a cool place for kids as well.
Information 3rd element	And the finally way that you could have a fun weekend is you could get a tent and all your hiking gear and get camping in the wilds it would be fun and discovery new things in the big forest with your friend or your family.

Keep safe while on a plane

Hey guys this Hoilday are you going on a trip or overseas somewhere and are you afarid if something happened on the plane. While you've just find the right to look. My name is lani and I will be sharing some info about how to keep safe while on a plane and here we go ......👉

1. If you have a suticas but it inside the overhead compartment that where you place your suticas and take it down slowly once the plane has stop.

2. When you have taken your seat make sure that you put in your seat belt before doing anything elsa and keep it on throughout the flight unless you need to stand up to go to the Bathroom nd if you do need to stand up just pull the leather.

3. And last if you have shoes, Hand bags or something small that you have brought with you on the plane then put it under neath the seat inornt of you and if you don't have a seat in front of you then put it under your seat.

Ever been to Wellington

Ever been to Wellington before if you have you might have been to the Botanic Garden or the beehive. If I had a chance to go to Disover Wellington I would go to the Botanic Garden with my family and friends. Why? beacuse One: my mom loves plants an garden she even has her own garden at our house and seconde: because I love plantas too and the Botanic Garden would be a great place to studdy and look at diffrent types of plants that you don't usally see ever day. I love the Botanic Garden Statues they are very intreting and cool.

 
Another place that i might like to visit is the Wellington Beehive and Why? Because one day I really want to meet Jonh Key the Prime Minster
